FTC disclosure
HealthSelect is a participant in affiliate programs operated by medical alert system providers and by affiliate networks including, but not limited to, FlexOffers and Impact. This means that when you click certain links on this site and make a purchase, HealthSelect may receive a commission from the provider. This comes at no additional cost to you — you pay the same price you would by going directly to the provider.
We disclose this relationship because the U.S. Federal Trade Commission requires it, and because you have a right to know how a site you’re reading makes money.
What this does and does not mean
- It funds the site. Affiliate commissions are how HealthSelect stays free to read and independently run.
- It does not change our reviews. No provider can pay for a higher rating, a better ranking, placement in a “best of” list, or approval over our content. Our scoring follows the published Methodology and is applied identically to providers we earn nothing from.
- We link to products we don’t earn from when they’re the right answer for a reader.
Other revenue
If we ever run display advertising, sponsored content, or accept free products for testing, we will disclose it clearly on the relevant page and update this document. As of September 2026, we do not.
